The terms and condition for payment mentioned below are applicable as per the policies of our service providers and are subject to change depending on the circumstances prevailing at the time of signing agreement for services between the parties concerned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
60 days before the start of Tour – NIL
59 – 44 days – 60% of the total cost.
Less than 44 Days – 100% cancellation.
Payment policy:
10% at the time accepting our quotation and placing order for booking the arrangements.
50% of the total payment – 60 days before the start of tour / event.
40% of the balance – 45 days before the tour / event
