Tour overview
Guided sightseeing tour of Old Delhi in the morning. Drive past Red Fort. Enjoy a rickshaw ride in the Old part of the City. Visit Jama Mosque, pay your respect at Raj Ghat – the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi.
DAY 01 Arrive Delhi
Meeting, greetings, garlanding upon arrival at the International airport and transfer to HOTEL

DAY 02 DELHI
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning drive past Red Fort, a Moghul monument, built in red sandstone between 1638 and 1648. Enjoy a rickshaw ride in the Old part of the city. Visit Jama Mosque. Pay your respects at Raj Ghat.
Afternoon visit the Qutub Minar - a soaring 73 m-high tower of victory built in 1193. Pay your respects at the India Gate war memorial before driving past the President’s House, Parliament House and Secretarial buildings. Also visit Sikh Temple (Bangla Sahib) and Birla Temple.

DAY 03 DELHI-JAIPUR
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive from Delhi to Jaipur (258 kms/5.5 hours)

DAY 04 JAIPUR
Breakfast at the hotel
Set off on a morning excursion to Amer Fort Ascend the fort on the back of a brightly caparisoned elephant.
Afternoon, visit Jantar Mantar; driving past the famed Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), visit City Palace. (Monuments close by 16:30 hrs).

DAY 05 JAIPUR-AGRA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning, drive from Agra to Jaipur (221 kms/6 hours) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri, Visit the Bulund Darwaza (The Gate of Victory), the tallest gateway in the world.
DAY 06 AGRA
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning, visit the Taj Mahal (closed every Friday) & Agra Fort.
Afternoon visit local bazaars.

DAY 07 AGRA-JHANSI-KHAJURAHO
Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the Railway Station in time for:
Leave: Agra at 0810 hours by Shatabdi Arrive: Jhansi at 1040 hours
Reception upon arrival at the Railway Station and drive to Khajuraho (172 kms/5 hours) enroute visiting Orcha
Continue drive to Khajuraho and upon arrival check-in at: HOTEL

DAY 08 KHAJURAHO-VARANASI
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning visit Eastern & Western group of temples.
Afternoon transfer to the airport in time for:

Arrive: Varanasi
Reception upon arrival at the airport and transfer to HOTEL
In the evening visit ghats to witness Aarti ceremony.

DAY 09 VARANASI–DELHI-ABROAD
Early morning boat ride on the river Ganges. The best time to visit the Ghats is dawn when pilgrims take their morning dip.
Followed by a city tour of Varanasi – The tour will include visits to the numerous temples.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning, visit the buried city of Sarnath, north east of Varanasi.
Transfer to the airport in time for:

Remain in transit to connect flight for onward destination.

DAY 09 VARANASI–DELHI

Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. Visit the 2000 year old stupa at Swayambhunath, Durbar Square to see fine examples of Nepalese architecture in Kathmandu's palaces and pagodas, Visit Ason Tole, a typical Nepalese market place.

DAY 11 KATHMANDU
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning, excursion to Bhatgaon (also called Bhaktapur, the City of Devotees).
Excursion to Bodhnath, 8 kms from Kathmandu.
Excursion to Pashupatinath- Dedicated to Lord Shiva this Pagoda style temple is situated on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river. Only Hindus are allowed to go inside the courtyard of the temple.
Afternoon at leisure.

DAY 12 KATHMANDU
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning, drive through the Nepalese countryside and visit Patan, known as the "City of Grace and Fine Arts". Here you will be able to see Patan's interesting and beautiful pieces of art and architecture. Also visit the particularly interesting Tibetan Refugee Craft Center.
Afternoon at leisure.
